Car Bluetooth issue - calls & music playing

Hi,
      When making/receiving a phone call, the other person's voice sounds metallic and sometimes is unhearable.



Also, when playing music (Spotify or Google Music), sometimes there's no sound within the first few seconds of the song (while screen says explicitly the song is currently playing). Even tried to restart the app, and yet not sound; then music randomly starts playing.



Car model is Honda Fit Fun 2015.

Never had an issue with OP1, OP3 nor OP3T models with this car radio.



Any thoughts on how to fix this?
